On October 4th we will have the Singles Match Finale' where the USA or Team Europe will be crowned the 2026 Champions. All Players will participate in the Finale' champaign spray celebration (Sparkling Apple cider). At the SGA, we are always striving to meet the commitment levels of each and every player while having a blast on the road to improvement. Play Formats Explained:
Four-Ball
In four-ball, each side has a two-man team. Each individual plays their own ball and each team counts the lower of its scores on a single hole. If the two teams post the same low score, the hole is halved.
(Scramble-Best Ball)
In the Scramble-Best Ball format, The best shot is selected, then each player plays from the selected spot, and this process continues until the ball is holed.
Foursome (Alternate Shot)
In foursome, the two-man teams play one with alternating golfers taking swings, as well as tee shots. The lowest score wins the hole or it is halved if both sides post the same score.
Singles
The First & Final round of competition will feature singles match play rounds with each golfer going head-to-head against a golfer on the opposing team.
