Covid-19 Policies

Our academy will be moving indoors at the earliest on November 1.  These policies below will help guide us in keeping everyone safe and healthy during the offseason.  We will have a waiver form online that you must sign prior to any participation come November-March.



Cleaning the Academy

The Academy will be cleaned and sanitized every day.  Class times and practice times will have 15 minute blocks between them to allow for cleaning of building.  All bathrooms, equipment, training aids, launch monitors, and high traffic areas will be sanitized between sessions.



Everyone will be required to sanitize hands upon entering and exiting the building.  Additional sanitation stations will be setup throughout the academy for use during each class.  Hands must be washed upon entering and exiting bathrooms as well.



All Smart Golf Instructors and Assistants are required to wear masks.  All students are required to wear masks and have them on prior to entry and only remove masks after leaving the academy building.  All parents are required to wear masks when in academy.


Class Protocols


Each class and open practice time will have a 8 student max.  With a 8 student limit, we will be able to maintain social distancing guidelines for all students and instructors.


Pick Up & Drop Off


Please arrive no less than 10 minutes early for drop off and pick up so we can keep groups apart while entering and exiting the building.


Maintaining Health & Safety 

*We will conduct temperature checks outside academy prior to every session.  Must have a temperature of less than 100F to enter building.

*If your junior or anyone in your family is showing any signs of illness (i.e. fever, cough, runny nose, fatigue, headaches, etc.) please stay home.  

*All instructors & assistants will follow the same rules.

*If your junior tests positive for Covid 19 or has come across someone that tested positive, please notify us so we can take proper action.  We will contact everyone if a student or instructor has contracted Covid-19.



We are moving to online or invoice payments effective immediately.  You will be invoiced on the 1st of each month for respective program.  Please give us 7 days notice to cancel your participation in our academy.


In addition, payments must be made prior to any program or lessons in order to participate.



Makeups will be allowed due to any sickness or precautionary measures.  Open slots for makeups will be based on order of missed sessions due to limited class availability.
