VIRTUAL LESSONS:
In order to maintain social distancing at this time, we are offering video lessons through the CoachNow App. Upon registration, your coach will send you a link to upload your video, which you can do easily from your smartphone. Each session includes video analysis and feedback along with drills to enhance your skill set.
